Secure Channel is a brand of Blink Build Studios, Inc., based in Venice, California. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Blink Build Studios, Inc. This policy covers securechannel.ai. Our work for clients is covered by the agreements we sign with them.
Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use our contact form, we collect your name, work email, company and the sprint you're interested in. When you email us, we receive whatever you include in the email.
Information collected automatically. We use Google Analytics to understand how people use the site. It collects information such as pages visited, approximate location, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this.
How we use information
We use your information to respond to you, set up calls, send information you asked for, understand and improve the site, and keep the site secure.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and our business, such as our hosting provider (Vercel), Google Analytics, and the tools we use to manage contact requests and email. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Cookies
Google Analytics sets cookies to measure site usage. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out browser add-on. The site works without them.
Retention
We keep contact information for as long as we need it to respond to you and manage our relationship, and delete it when it is no longer needed or when you ask us to.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including California, you may have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to opt out of certain uses. To make a request, email hello@securechannel.ai. We will not treat you differently for making a request.
Children
This site is meant for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
